  GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS AND INFORMATION
  • Minimum pre-booking of 1 month in peak season to avoid disappointment.
  • Deposit equal to 50% of rental (min. N$ 600.00) payable on confirmation of reservation. Cancellations are subject to penalty fees during peak season.
  • Full payment of rental charges on collection of equipment. Cash and credit cards accepted.(Visa/Master Card)
  • Equipment must be returned to the pick up point.
  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was accepted, fair wear and tear accepted. Any damages or losses will be debited against the deposit.
  • All prices include VAT
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The minimum rental period for all items is three (3) days.
  • For long term hire we offer discount: for 15 days 10% and from 20 days up to 15% .
