  1. A valid unendorsed drivers license must be produced
  2. Minimum rental period is 24 hours
  3. Rental rates and Excess have to be paid/deposited bevor you start
  4. Delivery and collection (Windhoek/Airport) (*)
  5. pre payment 30%
  6. Cancellation fees: 14 days prior tobegin of rental 50% of pre payment, no show 100%
  7. Currencies: EURO, US$, Br.Pound, Nam$ and SA-Rand
  8. Credit cards accepted
(*): 1-5 days: N$2.000,- 6 days and more: free

Special rates for long time rentals (18 days +)
Vehicles are equipped with: 2 spare tires, 1 petrol-, 1 water can, First aid kit, cooling box
The insurance does not cover damages of tires, glass and paint work and sand blasting
We reserve the right to substitute reserved vehicle if reserved vehicle is not available at the time.
Vehicles replaced are charged at the current delivery/collection fee
Not nominated co-drivers are not insured
