Our rates include:

Full board (incl Non-alcoholic drinks as well as beer and wine for dinner/lunch), hunting vehicle plus guide, rough preparation of trophies and laundry service.



Not included are:

Taxidermist's charges, transport of trophies to taxidermist, shipping of trophies, packaging and transport insurance - to be borne by the hunter, transfers Airport - Okajo - Airport: Euro 150,- per trip.

Any game which has been wounded but cannot be traced, will be charged in full plus 15% VAT.
Rates for non-trophy hunting n request.



   


Miscellaneous:

Shooting licence including insurance - Euros 20,00
Preparatory work - mounting carrier device - Euros 25,00
Ammunition per shot - Euros 4,00
Hire of firearm - Euros 20,00

All rates quoted are inclusive of the locally applicable value-added tax of 15% and the tourism levy.

Conditions of Payment:

On confirmation of a booking, payment of Euros 800,00 per hunter becomes due forthwith. In case of cancellation as from 30 days prior to date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
Final accounting to take place locally in cash (Euros, US-$, N$, SA Rand). No traveller's cheques.

Coffee and tea are available to our guests at all times, free of charge.
