Our rates include :
full board, hunting car and guide, raw treatment of trophies, transport of trophies to taxidermist, laundry service and transfer Windhoek Airport - Oase - Windhoek Airport.

Expenses for taxidermist, trophy packaging, shipment, insurances are to be paid extra.
We recommend our guests to take out the usual travel insurances.

Wounded game not found even after diligent search, will be regarded as trophy and is to be paid in full.

Rifle hire free of charge

All rates include 15% VAT.


CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT:

For a confirmed booking a deposit of Euro 800,-- is due.
Cancellation: from 30 days on before arrival the deposit is not refundable.

Final accounting in cash (Euro, N$, SA-Rand) or credit card before departure.
No traveller cheques.

Prices may change without prior notice.


Hunting farm Oase is fully licensed for drinks. All alcoholic / non-alcoholic drinks are offered with customary prices. Home made juices, coffee, tea are served any time free of charge.
