Service
We offer airport transfer free of charge. From the airport to Windhoek it is about a half hour to drive and still time left to answer all your questions regarding the vehicle and your holiday and you also can insure by yourself that your vehicle is in an excellent condition. After arriving in Windhoek we go for a test drive on a gravel road and explain the vehicle to you.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE AND INFORMATIONS
  1. Our rates include 15% VAT, insurance, airport transfer, unlimited km and cleaning of the vehicle. Insurance do not include damage to tyres, windscreen, sandblast, persons or personal property. In case of an accident or theft of the vehicle the renter is liable for the excess chosen by himself , provided that there is no breach of the rental agreement .
  2. Minimum rate charge is 24 hours. Rates are calculated from time of picking up to time of dropping off the vehicle.
  3. All vehicles are allowed to travel to RSA, Botswana and Zimbabwe.
  4. We reserve the right to substitute the vehicle with a similar vehicle if the reserved car is not available at time of rental.
  5. Price changes are not subject to prior notification.
  6. The deposit for a Single cab is N$ 18.000.00, for a Double Cab Diesel N$ 25.000.00 and for a Double Cab Petrol N$ 18.000.00. Deposit can be given with Master or Visa Card at arrival and will not be deducted from your account .The deposit slip will be handed back to the renter after we received the vehicle.
  7. Reduced excess is included in daily rates.
