Dear Reader Please refer to the comments of Mr Stamm We are very sorry that we could not satisfy the needs of Mr Stamm. His is only the 3rd complain received in 16 years on NATRON. We will do anything in our power to correct where possible. We live in Africa and nature makes this an unique place where we live in harmony with nature. It seems that the grounds for Mr Stamm’s complaints are his desire to claim a refund. This is clear from his email below before to Namibgrens: "I ask you to submit to us a proposal for an appropriate refund. Otherwise I will initiate a complaint regarding payment of the excess amount debited through my bank. I reserve the right to make our adventure on the Internet public. However, I go out of an amicable settlement and remain with Sincerely Jürgen Stamm" Mr Stamm was charged N$700.00 per person per night for bed only for luxury accomodation, finished all the food and made use of all the facilities without additional cost The complaints raised by Mr Stamm in the Guest book on NATRON was not the only, there were numerous others. Other guests returns 3 to 4 time a year to Namibgrens and do not ask for any refunds. Sincerely John Rabie

10 Jahre Urlaubserfahrung im südlichen Afrika haben uns nicht davor bewahrt in die im Internet gut kaschierte Falle Namibgrens zu tappen. Hier einige Fakten: Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr unfreundlich oder besser abweisend empfangen. Bei der Ankunft in der gebuchten Villa (die übrigens wirklich sehr luxuriös ausgestattet ist) mussten wir feststellen, dass ein Schlafraum von einem Vogel bewohnt war, der viel Dreck hinterlassen hat. Beim mühsamen Einfangen des Tieres und beim Beseitigen des Drecks hatten wir keine Hilfe. Nachts war an Schlafen in diesem Zimmer ebenfalls nicht zu denken, weil es von nachtaktiven Nagetieren bewohnt war. Den Farmleuten waren diese Mißstände sogar bekannt. Die angepriesenen Poolbereiche waren total verdreckt, das Wasser seit Wochen nicht gereinigt und der Grasbereich mit Tierlosung bedeckt. Die Pools waren also für uns nicht benutzbar. Beim ersten Abendessen auf der Farm wurde unser Wunsch nach Brot mit der Begründung nicht erfüllt, es sei eingefroren. Wir konnten ausserdem kein Mineralwasser in Flaschen bekommen, sondern ausschließlich Leitungswasser. Das führte vermutlich dazu, dass meine Frau erhebliche Magen-Darm-Probleme bekam. Ganz zu schweigen von der schlechten Qualität des Essens zu einem total überhöhten Preis, was völlig im Widerspruch zur luxuriösen Ausstattung der Villen steht. Das Essen am 2. Hi. I'm looking for a guestfarm/hunting Farm in Namibia near Windhoek. I've been there almost 23 Years ago. The Farm was hosted by Family (Couple) Griebel. I've celebrated my 12th birthday there. After that wonderful time, I've lost any Contact. Maybe anyone has Informations for me, if this Farm or this Couple does still exist?! ThanX
